Jamie's Hummingbird Cake a great GF treat!

I'm always up for a bit of a treat on the weekend, so when I saw Jamie's Comfort Food recipe featuring the Hummingbird Cake, I thought I'd give it a go. I simply substituted the normal flour with a GF alternative (White Wings) and the results were spectacular! Normally a simple substitution results in a cake that falls apart or doesn't rise, but this one worked fantastically.
